Climate and environment

Skovik saves time and improves efficiency for companies and their employees. By offering a digital, cloud-based solution that runs on 100 percent renewable energy, companies spend less time shuffling papers around. We are also continuously working on lowering our own climate footprint and by developing innovative solutions that help our customers measure and reduce their climate impact.

Sustainable offices

Our offices are environmentally certified under BREEAM, a real estate framework to reduce energy usage, as well as ISO 14001, an international environmental standard. All office waste is separated and recycled through a waste-reuse program, where 90% is either material-recycled or energy-recycled.

Carbon neutral data centres

We host in carbon-neutral data centres, where solar, wind, hydro and nuclear provide all electricity. Additionally, by running software in large-scale data centres, where servers can power up/down depending on traffic, we limit overall electricity consumption.

Our travel

To keep the commute short, our offices are centrally located in livable, walkable areas. We promote cycling and have secure bike parking on the premise. We also encourage online meetings over long-distance flights. That said, we are a global company that travels for meetings and events.
