Junior Sales Representative Germany
Skovik is an expense management solution for medium-sized and large organisations operating globally. Our customers include Klarna, EasyPark, MotelOne, GlobalConnect, and many more. Help us increase that customer base!
We have been highly successful in the Nordics and are now expanding in the DACH region. Your mission is to develop target accounts within your assigned territory and turn them into customers. You will work together with Business Development, Marketing, and Management to build opportunities and win prospects. During the sales process, you will demo our product, engage key decision-makers, and drive the sales cycle forward, ensuring potential customers see the value Skovik brings.
Your job:
First, you identify prospects across industries and company sizes using our tools, you approach them, and develop them into customers.
You will also attend trade shows, visit partners, and help build the partner ecosystem. A small part of your role will involve farming existing customers, expanding their deals. You report to the local General Manager and interact with the whole company, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.
What to expect
This is a full-time position. You start in a home office/office mix with modern Apple equipment and great tech infrastructure. We have a preference for distinguishing business equipment from personal gear.
After starting with 2-3 days per week in a home office, office presence will gradually increase, eventually developing into a five-day office role in the Frankfurt area as we expand the team.
What Skovik offers
You will be selling a great product that gets lots of love from its customers and there will be ample opportunities for career advancement within the company. You will join a positive work environment with a team of skilled and supportive colleagues.
We hire for potential, so don’t worry about having the perfect skill set! If you’re ambitious and eager to grow, we’d love to hear from you.
So what would be ideal:
First experience (1-2 years) in sales of complex products or first experience as a business development representative.
A track record showing that your base is covered: first acquaintance with sales methodologies, techniques, or tactics. If you have successfully sold before, even better—let us know how!
Willingness to develop into a sales machine.
Interest in technology, but even more in human interaction (calls, presentations, meetings).
German and English are the business languages; all other languages are a benefit. Swedish would be a jackpot!
The level of administration is low, and the room for creativity is high. So what do you think? It’s worth a try. We will respectfully and openly consider your application as a compliment to our mission!
