We had a conversation with Accounting Manager Thérèse Hultén and Junior Accountant Wilma Jonsson at Grant Thornton Sweden about how Skovik supports their day-to-day work through its ease of use, flexible workflows and standout support.

Intuitive at every step

Thérèse and Wilma both emphasise Skovik’s ease of use as one of its greatest strengths.

As a company, we strive to be professional and efficient, and we only choose systems that our consultants can easily handle, Thérèse says.

In my experience, silence usually means satisfaction, she adds. And that’s the case with Skovik, we don’t get much feedback and if we do it is mostly positive comments which I interpret as a good sign. It’s an incredibly easy system to work with.

She continues:

“We receive very few questions. Wilma maintains a comprehensive guide that’s regularly updated, although it’s rarely needed. The system is so user-friendly that most employees navigate it independently. The entire flow is clear and easy to understand”.

The end-users aren’t the only ones benefitting from this ease of use, Wilma adds:

“It’s very straightforward. You get a clear overview of the reports and can customise how they’re displayed, which is a fantastic feature”.

Flexible set up

One of Skovik’s standout benefits is its adaptability. Wilma recalls a major reorganisation where customisation played a key role:

“We tailored the set-up to allow selected users to split expenses by business unit. This was especially helpful for employees who make big purchases on behalf of an entire office, or if an employee travels a lot in their role, for example. It saved our Finance team from having to manually adjust and rebook entries. We’ve seen fewer errors, fewer returns, and significantly less time spent on administrative tasks”.

Both Thérèse and Wilma appreciate the system’s flexibility to accommodate changes, whether company-wide or for specific users:

It’s great that we can adjust our set up quickly, Wilma says.

Exceptional Customer Support

Skovik’s customer support team has left a lasting impression.

I’m mainly in contact with our customer success manager for Grant Thornton, Wilma shares. She’s incredibly helpful and friendly. She genuinely listens and works hard to resolve any issues and bring our ideas to life.

Thérèse echoes the sentiment:
