Customer Success & Implementation Specialist
Skovik is an expense management system which is used globally by companies such as Klarna, Storytel, Kry, Lyko, and Voi.
We are expanding our Customer Success & Implementation team, which is responsible for helping our clients get the most out of Skovik.
What you will do:
- Implementation. Setup and configure Skovik for new and existing customers. Gather information from the customer and tailor Skovik to their specific needs by using rudimentary coding (we'll teach you!).
- Customer success. Offer advice, collect feedback, and support the finance teams of our customers, in order to maximise the usefulness of Skovik for them.
- Support. Help out with problems that might crop up.
- Product specialist. Assist our sales team by giving demos of Skovik and answering questions that potential customers may have. You’ll act as the sales rep’s product liaison.
A lot of the day-to-day work includes interacting with executives within finance, payroll and IT, regarding topics such as:
- Navigating tax compliance across different countries.
- Configuring Skovik to automatically detect policy breaches and errors.
- Setup integrations with other system.
No prior knowledge in these fields is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.

Languages
In addition to the above, you are fluent in Swedish and English, as well as 1 of the following languages: German, Finnish, or Polish.
