If you are currently evaluating Skoviks security and would like to have access to additional security documentation, such as incident response plans, secure development policies or other documents, get in touch with your contact at Skovik. You will need to sign an NDA before we can share internal documents.
We keep your data safe
Certified data centres and servers
Our servers are hosted in data centers certified under ISO 27001 and IT Grundschutzand SOC 3. Our data centre provider AWS run sophisticated facilities with redundant power and backup generators to keep things running non-stop.
Data encryption
We encrypt all data sent to and from Skovik with 256-bit encryption and all passwords are encrypted with Bcrypt. Emails sent from Skovik are secured by using DKIM, SPF and DMARC.
Reliable backup architechture
There are always three instances of all customer data as we replicate the data across two data centres and store hourly snapshots in a safe vault. Therefore, in the case of complete unavailability of our primary data center, we can resume operations from the secondary data center.
Data protection
We take the highest measures to ensure the security of our system and we offer a range of security features within our product, for instance Single Sign-on and access roles.
